When you submit an enquiry we collect: your name, company name, email address, phone number (if provided), industry, estimated order value, and the details you give us about the products you want to source.

- To respond to your enquiry and provide sourcing services you request (contract necessity);
- To communicate with you about your enquiry and manage our commercial relationship (legitimate interests);
- To prevent abuse of our enquiry form (legitimate interests);
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of contract necessity (steps taken at your request) and our legitimate interests in operating our business. Where we send you direct marketing (only with your consent), we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
5. Who we share it with
Where needed to fulfil your order, limited information may be shared with suppliers and factories in China, Vietnam and India, freight forwarders and inspection providers. We also use service providers such as website hosting, email and analytics tools. Some of these involve transfers outside the UK; we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as standard contractual clauses). We only share the minimum information necessary — we do not share your marketing data with third parties.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not convert: up to 18 months, after which they are anonymised or deleted;
- Customer, order and financial records: 6 years (UK tax and accounting requirements);
- Any other data: for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and, where applicable, our sourcing and procurement services. By using this site or submitting an enquiry you agree to these terms. Ace Global Trade Ltd is registered in England and Wales, Companies House 14737317.
2. Our service
We act as a sourcing and procurement agent: identifying and vetting suppliers, managing samples, orders, inspection and logistics on your behalf. We are not the manufacturer and do not take title to goods unless separately agreed.
3. Quotes and orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed only when we issue a written order confirmation or pro-forma invoice and, where applicable, receive the agreed deposit. Payment terms are agreed per order (typically a deposit to commence production and the balance before shipment).
4. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate product specifications, and for any import duties, taxes or compliance requirements that apply to your goods in your jurisdiction.
5. Inspection and quality
Our standard service includes pre-shipment inspection with photo evidence. Inspection is a visual/functional check against agreed specifications at the point of inspection; it does not replace full conformity testing unless separately agreed. Claims must be notified in writing within 14 days of delivery, supported by evidence.
6. Confidentiality
We keep your product information confidential and will sign an NDA on request. We do not disclose client names or details without consent.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a single order is limited to the fees paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by suppliers, carriers or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
